Items that appear on our website are all in stock and are readily available for immediate purchase and delivery unless stated otherwise; e.g. item is out of stock, pre-order, and the like.
Items not posted on our website can still be ordered on a pre-order basis. For pre-orders, contact us directly via our social inboxes, email, or call us. You may find our contact information by clicking here.
Processing of orders and delivery of items will begin after the confirmation of order and payment at our end has been made.

Sleeplab PH website accepts payments via GCash, Bank Transfers, and Credit Card payments via Paymongo.
Cash-on-Delivery is also an available payment option within Metro Manila deliveries only.
Installment payment options are offered via Billease. For the installment payment option, please select Billease after check out and follow the instructions provided until the end.

Free delivery within Metro Manila.
Clients may request the delivery schedule to be moved to a later date.
Deliveries outside Metro Manila but within the NCR bubble will be delivered within 1-3 days.
Pre-order transactions will be delivered within 2-3 months upon confirmation of order and payment.
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, please contact us regarding your location and order, so we can further assist you.

If the product has been proven damaged, please contact us immediately. We ask the client to provide us with photographic and video proof of the damage.
If the damage is proven under the warranty scope, item replacement may take at least 2-3 days.

Discount codes and vouchers that we post on our social media and website are available to use for everyone. Including special discount codes when you sign up for our newsletter to receive news, articles, and special offers.
